The monthly prize is £20.

1. Our prize draws are open to all UK residents aged 18 and over and not employed by Beat The Fat Cat Ltd, or persons directly involved in the administration of this free monthly draw. This offer is only applicable in the United Kingdom.

2. No purchase is necessary but subscription to our email newsletter is required. Entries for each monthly prize draw will be based upon the users who have registered and agreed to receiving our newsletter by midnight on the last day of each month. Beat The Fat Cat Ltd cannot accept any responsibility for entries that are delayed.

3. Entry to each prize draw is restricted to one entry per email address. All email addresses will be checked.

4. Should tax liability arise, then it will be the responsibility of the winners to notify their own Government's relevant tax department. Beat The Fat Cat Ltd takes no responsibility or liability for taxation or for any other costs incurred in connection with the prize received in this promotion.

5. Beat The Fat Cat Ltd reserves the right to suspend, change or terminate the prize draw at any time and for any reason without notice. It is a condition of entry that the rules are accepted as final, and that the entrants agree to abide by the rules. The prize is not transferable. There will be no refund in the event of loss by the client.

6. All correct and validated email addresses will be entered into the prize draw which will take place on the first day of the following month, and entry to the prize draw implies acceptance of any terms and conditions.

7. The monthly prize will be awarded to the first name drawn at random from all validated email addresses received. The winner will be notified by e-mail within 28 days. The judges decision will be final. Beat The Fat Cat Ltd will not enter into correspondence on any matter to do with the prize draws. The decision of Beat The Fat Cat Ltd shall be final and legally binding.
